I am an Organization Development (OD) professional currently working in Human Resources with 9+ years of experience. As a graduate of American University’s MSOD program, I have experience in project management, strategic planning, process facilitation, competency model development, appreciative inquiry, and core HR skills (interviewing, HRIS configuration, performance management, reporting and analytics). I am also passionate about learning through the stories of others’ experiences, usually by interviewing others or listening to podcasts, and I am a huge comedy nerd and NBA fan!
